It has been a difficult year agriculturally because  the drought  left us with lower stocks due to  reduced forage yields.  We are looking forward with some trepidation to 2006 and the single farm payment.
Enough of the downside, we have started a new project, producing English style hard cheeses www.cheese.eu.com  We have had some very positive feed back from both the English and French who have tried and enjoyed it.
